White Teeth For Shiny Smile

How is dental whitening performed in sanident?

Before carrying out the whitening, the dentist will evaluate the patient’s suitability for the treatment by carrying out a check-up.
Once suitability has been verified, we proceed with the actual whitening session.

In a first phase, the gums are protected by applying a photopolymerizable liquid dam.

Then the hydrogen peroxide-based whitening gel is applied to the teeth and the enamel is exposed to a light source (LED lamp). The application can be repeated 2 times, for a total duration of approximately 45 minutes.

Monopolar Capacitive Radiofrequency

What is radio frequency?

Radiofrequency is a new and revolutionary system for achieving a lasting facial, reducing wrinkles and skin laxity with a painless and non-invasive method.

With the growing demand for therapies aimed at improving the appearance of the face, neck and décolleté, the request for interventions without a post-operative course in order to immediately resume a normal social life has also increased proportionally.

Today aesthetics has many resources to reduce blemishes due to age with methods that mainly have the function of reducing superficial damage.

Radiofrequency is a device that has been in use for some years in aesthetic medicine and only recently have its full potential been exploited for anti-aging protocols. In the United States it is called “lunch therapy”, lifting the lunch break.

To function well, every organ in our body needs oxygen.

The blood transports it to the most remote points of the tissues while removing toxic products.
If oxygen does not reach the periphery adequately, we face so-called “ischemic diseases” which can cause a heart attack, a stroke or serious respiratory problems.

When the air is too polluted the blood is no longer able to transport oxygen giving rise to hypoxia which causes suffering in the tissues which is often subtle as it is difficult to recognize at first given the non-specificity of the symptoms it causes: tiredness, irritability , lack of concentration, headache, insomnia, cellulite, lined skin.

If the lack of oxygen becomes chronic, it gives more visible signs such as stunted growth of hair and nails, sensation of ringing in the head, paleness, fatigue, aged skin, digestive and respiratory disorders, states of anxiety.

Oxygen therapy

Oxygen therapy and health

Carbon monoxide generated by means of transport and heating is the most serious source of pollution in the air we breathe every day, especially in large cities. Another source of pollution are the toxins produced by our body after exposure to any type of physical or mental effort: heat, exposure to artificial light, odors, passive smoking, medications, drugs, alcohol, trauma, preservatives, dyes, infections , electromagnetic fields etc. Unfortunately, all these substances permeate every aspect of the wellness society: this is why it is very important to know how to defend oneself.

To stay vital, our cells require oxygen: the polluted environments of our cities play against us by causing us to accumulate waste and free radicals in the body with the result of promoting chronic diseases and premature aging. Inhalation oxygen therapy is recommended for all those who find themselves in polluted cities and who want to live and feel well. They are recommended for young people and athletes and anyone who wants to feel fit and good about themselves by naturally increasing oxygen in the blood.

Alterations of the microcirculation are the basis of our premature aging. The damage caused by pollution affects not only the respiratory system but every other organ, therefore also weakening our immune and circulatory systems. The cells that protect us from viruses and bacteria require oxygen to defend us and many bacteria called anaerobes (which live where there is no oxygen) cannot take root in our tissues if they are well oxygenated. Pure oxygen inhalations come to our aid, allowing our cells to defend themselves naturally against viruses and bacteria.

It is important to stay young and stop or delay aging, to maintain the extraordinary physical and mental potential that distinguishes every human being for as long as possible and in excellent shape. SANIDENT inhaled oxygen therapy can be useful to anyone at any age to maintain an excellent physical and mental condition over time. Pure oxygen inhalations are a simple and effective therapeutic strategy to keep our cells vital for longer, allowing us to slow down aging.

Oxygen therapy and beauty

Over the years, the skin slows down its growth rate especially in people who smoke, suffering from chronic diseases and overexposed to sunlight. All this is worsened and accelerated by reduced blood circulation with consequent reduction in oxygen supply.

Because of this deficiency, all skin reconstitution processes slow down, with reduced skin vitality. Here appear: dull skin, roughness, lack of tone and brightness. The signs of expression are accentuated even at the level of the neck where the skin begins to lose compactness. Pure oxygen inhalations give the skin a new glow by improving microcirculation. They promote the elimination or reduction of skin blemishes such as dry skin, wrinkles, blotches or excess sebum production.
An effective anti-aging strategy must therefore complement an improvement in tissue oxygenation. Oxygen is also an indispensable complement to facial treatments and cellulite treatment and during slimming programs to help expel toxins and activate the metabolism. Inhaled oxygen therapy by stimulating the microcirculation, i.e. that dense network of small vessels that nourishes our body in the periphery and also the skin, represents the best treatment to combine with radiofrequency treatments and cosmetics.

Sanident inhalation oxygen therapy, through a natural flow system, stimulates collagen regeneration and slows down aging.

Teeth whitening

Curiosity: Teeth whitening

Teeth whitening is an aesthetic treatment that is used to eliminate the pigments that cause yellowing of the teeth and make them whiter. There are several whitening techniques, including gel whitening, which uses a chemical called hydrogen peroxide.

Before proceeding with whitening, it is important that the dentist carries out a check-up to verify the patient’s suitability for the treatment. In fact, in some cases, whitening may not be adequate or even harmful to the health of the teeth, for example in the presence of cavities or other dental problems.

During the whitening session, the gums are protected by the application of a liquid dam, which prevents the whitening gel from coming into contact with the mucous membranes. Subsequently, the gel is applied to the teeth and exposed to a light source, such as an LED lamp, which amplifies its whitening action. The duration of the session can vary depending on the concentration of the gel used and the amount of pigments present in the teeth, but usually lasts about 45 minutes.

Gel whitening is a safe and painless treatment, but some people may experience mild discomfort or a burning sensation during the procedure. After whitening, it is important to carefully follow the instructions of your dentist to maintain the results obtained over time and prevent the reaccumulation of pigments. For example, you may be advised to avoid foods and drinks that can stain your teeth, such as coffee or red wine, or use a whitening toothpaste.
